Greek Signal Processing Jam Held in Athens
The EURASIP and the IEEE Signal Processing Society Greek Chapter jointly organized a full-day event in October 2009 at the University of Athens: the inaugural “Greek Signal Processing Jam”. The event was envisioned as an opportunity to bring this community together, attract new talent to signal processing, and expose all to some of the latest developments in the broad area.
Activity Updates from the Bio Imaging and Signal Processing (BISP) Technical Committee
The BioImaging and Signal Processing Technical Committee (BISP TC) promotes activities within the broad technical areas of biomedical and biological signal and image processing. The BISP TC coordinates the review for biomedicine related tracks of the annual SPS flagship conference ICASSP. The TC is cosponsoring the annual International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI), and ISBI 2010 will be held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
