- The conference venue is Hotel Finisterre
- The A Coruña Tour will depart from Hotel Finisterre (conference venue) and will finish at the Aquarium Finisterrae, site of the Welcome Reception.
- The Welcome Reception will take place at Aquarium Finisterrae.
- The Santiago de Compostela Tour will depart from Hotel Finisterre and will finish at Pazo de Vilaboa, site of the Gala Dinner.
- The Gala Dinner will take place at Pazo de Vilaboa. Participants taking the Santiago de Compostela Tour will arrive at the Gala Dinner site directly. There will also be buses from the conference venue.
- Snacks will be served for the entire duration of the poster sessions (Never-ending coffee breaks!)
