- Design Hearing aids Concept and Structure with appropriate software
- Perform acoustical measurements and develop Behind The Ear (BTE) & Receiver in Canal (RIC) hearing instruments in an anechoic environment
- Lead the electronic circuitry design and review PCB and Amplifier design and layouts
- Responsible for system integration, system stability and ensure great sound quality
- Close Cross-functional collaboration with audiological development and wireless development
- Manage design cycle responsibility from conceptualization, verification and qualification to postproduction
- Take lead in forefront research projects and participate in presentations.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in the field of electrical engineering (Product Design)
- Knowledge of audio, acoustic and circuitry design tools
- Experience in electro-magnetic compatibility (EMC counter measures)
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with cross-cultural working experience, be ready for oversea travel for collaboration projects
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
