REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Participants will register by submitting the registration form to the finance and registration chair. At least one author of a paper should register at the full rate by November 10, 2007 for the paper to be included in the proceedings of the workshop. Cancellation of registration prior to November 20, 2007 will be refunded with the withholding of a processing fee of 50 USD. Cancellation made after November 20, 2007 will be refunded with withholding of a processing fee of 200 USD. You are requested to wait 3-5 business days after submission of registration form to receive acknowledgment.
