Paper Submission

Initial submission for reviewing

We note that (1) at least one author of the paper must be registered by October 11, 2017 at a regular (non-student and non-life member) rate; (2) one full author registration can cover up to 3 papers; and (3) each paper must be presented by an author.

To prepare the manuscript for CAMSAP 2017, please go through the following steps:

  1. Format your manuscript according to the instructions in any of the three files below (letter size). Read them carefully to verify that your paper is correctly formatted before going to Step 2.
    Word Template (Letter size), Acrobat Template (A4 size), LaTeX Template.
    The manuscript may have at most 4 pages for technical content including figures and possible references, and with one additional optional 5th page containing only references.
    You may want to directly use the pre-formatted WORD or LaTeX template, but you are free to use whatever word processing software you are accustomed to, provided that you closely follow the instructions appearing in the template.

  2. Follow the link below to enter the EDAS on-line submission system.
    EDAS Submission Link
    The manuscript must be submitted before June 29, 2017.
    All contributions MUST be submitted using the EDAS on-line system as described above. No exceptions will be made.
