    Adaptive Processing

Student Travel Support

The IEEE CAMSAP 2017 Organizing Committee is pleased to announce a Student Travel Support sponsored by the IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) for student authors from all over the world. SPS membership is required for this support.

The grants will be awarded on a highly competitive basis to a select number of applicants who have a need for financial support to attend IEEE CAMSAP 2017. The awardees will be selected by a committee and the paper quality will be taken into consideration.

The grants may only be used to cover travel expenses to attend IEEE CAMSAP 2017. The grants, if approved, will be distributed via a reimbursement shortly after the workshop. The selected students will be asked to provide copies of their receipts (all in one document) after the workshop for processing of the reimbursement.

The SPS travel grant selection and oversight committee reserves the right to make the final decisions regarding all applications.

The deadline to submit a travel grant application is the same as the paper submission deadline. Please send your grant request to Cihan Tepedelenlioglu (cihan@asu.edu) with:

  1. A brief letter from your advisor providing your status (M.S., Ph.D., year of study) and the need for the travel support;
  2. A document with your expected costs for attending the workshop;
  3. The paper number(s) on which you are an author or a co-author; and
  4. Your IEEE membership number and your SPS membership status.

When applying for travel grant, please use the subject [IEEE CAMSAP 2017 Travel Grant] in your email for grant request.
