The registration fee includes the reception on Monday evening (Oct. 4^th), the banquet on Wednesday evening (Oct. 6^th), a light lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, participation in all general events and a copy of the proceedings (CD-ROM).

o Exact deadline for early registration: August 7^th, 2010, 12:00 noon, PDT.

o Cancellations: Before August 6^th, 2010: $ 50 cancellation fee; No cancellations after August 6^th.

o Each presented paper must be covered by a full (non-student) registration.

o Each full registration can cover up to three papers.
