Paper Submission

Final submission of camera-ready paper

In order to prepare your manuscript for inclusion in IEEE CAMSAP 2015 program and proceedings, please go through the following steps:

  1. At least one author of the paper must register by October 11, 2015 at a regular (non-student and non-life member) rate, and one of the authors must present the paper in person. Note that one full author registration can cover up to 3 papers.

  2. Format your final manuscript according to the instructions in any of the three files below (letter size). You may want to directly use the pre-formatted WORD or LaTeX templates, but you are free to use whatever word processing software you are accustomed to, provided that you closely follow the instructions appearing in the templates. The final manuscript may have at most 4 pages in length. Word Template (Letter size), Acrobat Template (A4 size), LaTeX Template.

  3. Your final manuscript must be IEEE Xplore-compatible. If the manuscript does not meet IEEE Xplore requirements, it will NOT be published in the CAMSAP 2015 Proceedings and archived on IEEE Xplore. To meet these requirements, you must use the IEEE PDF eXpress system, which allows authors to either directly generate IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs from their source files (Conversion Function) or to check their own PDFs for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check Function). The following steps should be taken in this regard on or after September 27, 2015.
    1. Access the IEEE PDF eXpress web site: www.pdf-express.org.
    2. Enter the conference ID: 34928X
    3. Click "New Users - Click Here" if you do not have an account and follow the registration steps. Otherwise, login with your email and password
    4. Click "Create New Title" for each of your CAMSAP papers
    5. Enter identifying text for the paper and click "Submit File for Checking or Converting".
    6. Click "Browse" and navigate to the file. The selected file can be a PDF to be checked for compatibility or other format to be converted to PDF. See http://www.pdf-express.org/frhelp.asp for more details.
    7. Click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
    8. You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed the compatibility test.
  4. You should proceed with this step only after the PDF file of your final manuscript has been declared IEEE Xplore-compatible. Follow the link below to enter the EDAS on-line submission system for final submission.

Upload ONLY the PDF file that has been validated by IEEE PDF eXpress by October 11, 2015. All contributions MUST be submitted using the EDAS on-line system as described above. No exceptions will be made. For support and information on EDAS please contact  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

  5. One of the authors must submit an IEEE Copyright Form before October 11, 2015, without which your paper will NOT be published.
