Student Travel Support
The IEEE CAMSAP 2015 Organizing Committee is pleased to announce two sources of grants to support travel of student authors to Cancun, Mexico. The grants will be awarded on a highly competitive basis to a select number of applicants who have a need for financial support to attend IEEE CAMSAP 2015. The awardees will be selected by a committee and the paper quality will be taken into consideration.
The grants may only be used to cover travel expenses to attend IEEE CAMSAP 2015. The grants, if approved, will be distributed via a reimbursement shortly after the workshop. The selected students will be asked to provide copies of their receipts (all in one document) after the workshop for processing of the reimbursement.
The deadline to submit a travel grant application is October 15, 2015. Please send your grant requests to Jean-Yves Tourneret (jean-yves.tourneret@enseeiht.fr) with:
- A brief letter from your advisor providing your status (M.S., Ph.D., year of study) and the need for the travel support;
- A document with your expected costs for attending the workshop;
- The paper number(s) on which you are an author or a co-author; and
- Your IEEE membership number (if applicable) and your SPS membership status.
