Post Doctoral and Research Assistant Opportunities at Qatar University

As part of three research projects jointly awarded to Qatar University, with Purdue University, US, and the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada, post doctoral research associate positions at Qatar University are open for immediate hiring in the following wireless communication areas:

1. Resource allocation and cross layer design in wireless mesh networks
2. Scheduling and resource optimization for Broadband 3G/4G networks
3. Signal processing, and protocol optimization in wireless body area sensor networks

Positions involve modeling, simulation, experimental work, interaction with academic institutions, interaction with industry, and grant proposal writing.
