Showcase Your Work in SPS Competitions
SPS Student and Graduate Student Members are eligible to compete in several of the Society’s competitions held throughout the year:
- Signal Processing Cup (SP Cup)
- Video and Image Processing Cup (VIP Cup)
The SP and VIP Cups give SPS Students the opportunity to solve real-life problems using signal processing or video and image processing methods. Rounds of open competition are held before three final teams are selected to present their work and compete for the US$5,000 grand prize at one of the Society’s flagship conferences, ICASSP and ICIP! - SPS Scholarship Program
The IEEE Signal Processing Society awards scholarships of up to a total of US $7,000 to students interested and committed to pursue signal processing education and real-world career experience. More information can be found on the SPS Scholarship Program page.
