Redesigned OU Monthly Statistics Now Available

New and improved monthly statistics reports are now available containing enriched visual analytics dashboards that can be used for monthly trending.  These comprehensive dashboards improve efficiency by allowing OUs to quickly access data that is relevant to them by OU, Region, Section, Grade, Division, etc. Chapter Chairs can access Section data that pertains to their existing chapters. The Section data can also be used to identify potential chapters. Download options are also available.

The new online reports leverage the same Tableau framework used for OU Analytics to provide insights on members, memberships, and subscriptions. In addition the reports have been enhanced to include statistics for Technical Council and Technical Community participants, as well as Special Interest Groups (e.g. WIE and and Young Professionals).

The reports also provide an easy quick glance view of essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), by month, for categories including Active, Additions, Deletions, and Renewals, with drill down options and OU comparative data.  These monthly KPIs can provide insights to understanding membership activity during specific months in a year. However, unlike OU Analytics, which is refreshed daily to provide dynamic counts for both active memberships and renewal categories for the current renewal year (August to August), the monthly statistics reports provide a statistical snapshot of activity during a specific month, which can be used for archival and trending needs.
