The IEEE Signal Processing Society is now accepting nominations for the newly formed Best Paper Award Review Committees, which will report to the SPS Awards Board. The deadline has been extended until 7 April 2026.

The SPS Scholarship Program recognizes students who have expressed interest and commitment to pursuing signal processing education and real-world career experiences

Nominations are open until 17 March.

Following the amendments to our Bylaws and Policies in 2025, we are pleased to announce several key updates to the SPS awards program designed to increase prestige, transparency, technical diversity, and industrial representation.

Nominations for several Society leadership roles are now open.

The IEEE Signal Processing Society invites nominations for the position of Editor-in-Chief for the following journals: IEEE Signal Processing Magazine, IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, and IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing for a 3-year term starting 1 January 2027.  The nomination window has been extended to 28 February 2026.
