Thank you for your service and volunteering with IEEE! This is a reminder that some Chapter officer volunteers will end their terms at the end of 2026. If your Chapter has appointed new officers, including the position you are vacating, please update using vTools Officer Reporting before your term expires. 

If your term is not concluding, you can extend it through the same vTools reporting tool. Any officer reports made by non-officers will go through an approval process which can delay your future activities and communications. (So don’t wait until your term expires!)

A Chapter support newsletter and other important officer communications are sent to Chapter officers reported through vTools. Reporting your Chapter officers facilitates communications and ensures both the Section and Society/Technical Council have appropriate information to contact you regarding Chapter benefits and available support. These may include volunteer training sessions, event invitations, funding opportunities, awards, and more.
