The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) has implemented an Annual Call for Proposals for all technical conferences and workshops solely sponsored by SPS. The Call for Proposals will occur annually, beginning each October. Detailed information about each of the eligible events will become available on the Call for Proposals page on the SPS website.
- Interested Organizers are asked to complete and submit an Intent to Bid Form by 30 November 2025.
- Teams will be shortlisted and finalists will be invited to prepare full proposals, due 18 March 2026.
- Proposals will be reviewed and selected by the relevant Technical Committees in April / May 2026.
