IEEE Women in Engineering News: WIE ILC 2017, Call for Award Nominations, Scholarship Opportunities

IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) is pleased to announce upcoming events and opportunities: International Leadership Conference (WIE ILC) Registration is open for the 2017 WIE ILC, taking place 22-23 May 2017, in San Jose, CA, USA. Attendees will have the opportunity to create communities that fuel innovation, facilitate knowledge sharing, and provide support through highly interactive sessions designed to foster discussion and collaboration. WIE ILC focuses on providing leading-edge professional development for mid-level and senior women. Call for Nominations: WIE Awards The WIE awards and recognition program is designed to recognize WIE members and Affinity Groups who have made an outstanding contribution to WIE, their community, and the engineering community, through their dedication and involvement in projects or activities directed toward fulfilling the WIE goals and objectives. Scholarship Opportunities WIE is pleased to offer members opportunities for continued education. In partnership with several leading graduate universities, WIE members have the ability to take advantage of tuition benefits up to US$10,000.
