An Annual Commemoration of Our Society’s Legacy
On 2 June 2025, the IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) will observe SPS Day, marking the day the Society was established in 1948.
Purpose of SPS Day
SPS Day serves to underscore the Society's historical significance and its contributions to the field of signal processing. It also aims to highlight the exemplary work of our chapters and members globally.
Global Engagement
Each year on June 2nd, SPS encourages its members and chapters worldwide to convene at local events. These gatherings foster community engagement and collaboration, furthering the SPS mission and its areas of interest.
Participation and Activities
