The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) invites nominations for the position of Chair, Women in Signal Processing Committee. The term for this position is three years (1 January 2026-31 December 2028).

The Chair, Women in Signal Processing heads the Women in Signal Processing Committee and is responsible to identify value/benefit/services to women members and recommend policy/mechanism for recruiting women members; develop programs and material to facilitate women member recruiting and services; maintain and develop contacts with leadership and membership constituents; and provide proper communication channels and feedback. The Women in Signal Processing Committee shall be responsible for identifying, vetting and submitting women candidates for award and board/committee nominations. The Women in Signal Processing Committee should work with the Technical Committees to create a liaison position within each of the Technical Committees to help support their efforts. The Chair, Women in Signal Processing Committee is a voting member of the Membership Board.
