Affiliates are non-elected, non-voting members of the Technical Committee. Affiliate role is open to:
- IEEE student members interested in the scope of the BISP TC.
- IEEE SPS members (any grade) interested in the scope of the BISP TC.
- Members of professional organizations in interdisciplinary fields within the scope of the BISP TC and who are not IEEE members.
