Simply go to the homepage at < http://www.ieee.org > and locate the vertical menu to the far right of the page.   Under the "Resources for ..." menu, click on the "Volunteers" link.  This link will take you to the Volunteer Resources page, which contains information on the following:

To access Technical Activities content from the Volunteer Resources page, scroll to the "Major boards and organizations" section and click on the "Technical Activities (Societies)" link. This link will take you to the IEEE Technical Activities Board (TAB) page, which contains the following.
