
Copenhagen Selected to Host 2029 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing
A global leader in sound technology, AI, and signal processing, Denmark will make history as the first Nordic country to host the event.
IEEE is excited to announce that the 2029 International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP) will be hosted in Copenhagen in April. First held in 1976, ICASSP is the world’s largest technical conference focused on signal processing in the sound industry. Denmark is recognized as an innovator in sound technologies like hearing aids, digital health, and consumer/professional audio, all of which depend on signal processing.
As enthusiastic members of signal processing activities, IEEE’s Denmark SPS Chapter is actively planning workshops and seminars covering signal processing and machine learning for the audio industry, making Copenhagen the perfect location to host the 2029 event. Where
The event will be hosted at the Bella Center, located in the heart of Copenhagen’s newest neighborhood, Bellakvarter. Attendees are granted special access to three hotels nearby, including the iconic AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen.
