The Department of Electrical, Computer, and Biomedical Engineering (ECBE) at the University of Rhode Island invites applicants for Ph.D. research assistantships. We are looking for highly-motivated students in one of the following research areas: (1) computational intelligence; (2) adaptive systems; (3) energy systems; and (4) reinforcement learning/adaptive dynamic programming (ADP). The students will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting research projects at the self-adaptive intelligent systems (SAIS) laboratory at the ECBE department.
