The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) invites nominations for the position of Editor-in-Chief for the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing, and the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing for terms starting 1 January 2013. Nominations should be submitted to Mari Ostendorf, SPS Vice President-Publications, via mo@ee.washington.edu. Nominations must include a brief biography of no more than one page, along with a web address that contains the candidate’s CV (do not send a curriculum vitae with the nomination). Also include a statement of the candidate’s editorial experience if any. A statement of interest of up to 500 words should be included stating the nominee’s vision for the journal and special qualifications for the position.
