Reminder: 2016 Annual Reporting and Rebate Requirements: Financial Reporting Due 28 February; Meeting and Officer Reporting Due 15 March

All Section officers and Chapter/Affinity Group chairs have been contacted with a reminder that the following annual reports are required to be eligible for a rebate:

    • Meeting Activity
    • New Officers and Officer Changes
    • Financial Reporting:
      • Geographic unit treasurers are responsible for recording the financial activity of their unit and any sub-units (Subsections, Chapters, and/or Affinity Groups) using NetSuite
      • Original year-end bank statements and investment-account statements (not IEEE Concentration Banking and Investment Accounts) must be provided

Financial activity should be accurately entered into NetSuite as soon as possible, but no later than 28 February 2017 (note new deadline). All other required reporting should be completed by 15 March 2017. This includes meeting and officer reporting, completing your financials in NetSuite, and submitting a year-end bank statement (not IEEE Concentration Banking and Investment Accounts).
