Technical Activities has expanded its volunteer training program to include short, on-line volunteer training modules. Each module will focus on information or a process that will assist volunteers in their IEEE activities. The goal of the program is to provide key volunteer information in a convenient, user-friendly format. A listing of currently-available modules can be found at: http://www.ieee.org/go/volunteertraining. Ten modules currently are available, focusing on finances for Societies, Technical Councils and Technical Activities, as well as how to set up the IEEE booth at conferences & trade shows and providing basic information on the IEEE, its organization, products and services.
