This letter proposes novel spectrum-null-constrained (SNC) sequence sets for non-contiguous spectrum communication. A class of SNC zero-correlation-zone sequence sets (SNC-ZSSs) with even lengths and flexible SNC positions is first constructed, achieving the theoretical lower bound on active subcarriers. Furthermore, a class of SNC Z-complementary code sets (SNC-ZCCSs) with both periodic and aperiodic ZCZ properties is developed. Compared with existing methods, the proposed constructions provide more flexible parameter configurations, richer SNC position sets, and a wider range of ZCZ widths, making them well suited for dynamic spectrum environments.
