Positions available for outstanding theoretical researchers with demonstrated outstanding publications in IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing and similar quality journals to work on signal processing and communications for IoT, smart grid, related sensor networking problems or some other important problems.
