The IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing solicits special issues on topics that cover the entire scope of the IEEE Signal Processing Society, as outlined in the SPS Constitution, Article II:
"The Signal Processing Society's Field of Interest shall be the theory and application of filtering, coding, transmitting, estimating, detecting, analyzing, recognizing, synthesizing, recording, and reproducing signals by digital or analog devices or techniques. The term `signal' includes audio, video, speech, image, communication, geophysical, sonar, radar, medical, musical, and other signals

Publication: IEEE Signal Processing Society Content Gazette
The SPS Content Gazette was first launched in July 2009. The purpose of the Gazette is to bring the Table of Contents (TOCs) of all the SPS journals and the Signal Processing Magazine into a forum where our members, volunteers and students, and community have faster/earlier access to their published manuscripts through technology. These items are intended to enhance visibility of papers published.

This fully open access journal, IEEE Open Journal of Signal Processing (OJSP), will publish high-quality, peer-reviewed papers covering the enabling technology for the generation, transformation, extraction, and interpretation of information. It comprises the theory, algorithms with associated architectures and implementations, and applications related to processing information contained in many different formats broadly designated as signals.
