Yongle Wu (University of Maryland), "Game-Theoretic Strategies for Dynamic Behavior in Cognitive Radio Networks" Advisor: Prof. K. J. Ray Liu (2010)
Cognitive radio technology is a new revolutionary communication paradigm which allows flexible access to spectrum resources and leads to efficient spectrum sharing. Different from traditional communication networks, cognitive radio networks are often distributed, heterogeneous, adaptive, and intelligent in nature, posing new challenges to research.
