The Society's Distinguished Industry Speaker (DIS) Program provides means for chapters to have access to individuals who are recognized experts with a background in industrial applications in the signal processing area and are well versed in the ongoing issues/activities in industry, to lecture at Chapter meetings. Distinguished Industry Speakers will supplement the regular Distinguished Lecturer (DL) Program and will closely mirror the DL Program.

SECTION 1. MEMBERSHIP 1.1. Termination. Members who become delinquent in the payment of dues and fees shall be treated in accordance with IEEE rules and procedures. In addition, members who breach the IEEE Code of Ethics shall be subject to sanctions as provided in the IEEE bylaws. 1.2. Resignation. A member in good standing may resign by submitting a written resignation to the IEEE Secretary.

It highlights, in detail, Society strengths and areas for improvement in membership and subscriptions. The report also serves as a roadmap for membership development initiatives, outlining current and future membership development plans and tracking their progress month-by-month.
