The IEEE Signal Processing Society is excited to announce the newest project from the Women in Signal Processing (WISP) Committee - the Women in Signal Processing Directory!

This thesis is about using statistical methods for performance and power estimation which would allow us to develop better scheduling algorithms and also more energy efficient systems. 

The Signal Processing Society (SPS) has 12 Technical Committees and 3 Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that support a broad selection of signal processing-related activities defined by the scope of the Society.

Spy satellites and their commercial cousins orbit Earth like a swarm of space paparazzi, capturing tens of terabytes of images every day. The deluge of satellite imagery leaves U.S. intelligence agencies with the world’s biggest case of FOMO—“fear of missing out”—because human analysts can sift through only so many images to spot a new nuclear enrichment facility or missiles being trucked to different locations.
