Due to overwhelming interest in Member Driven Initiative funding, the IEEE Signal Processing Society has changed its process for submitting proposals through the program. This includes proposals for Forums, Regional Meetings, and Chapter Driven Initiatives. This change does not impact the Seasonal Schools program.

Effective immediately, the Member Driven Initiative program will review proposals on a semi-annual schedule. While proposals will be accepted year-round, events scheduled to occur within the timeframes designated below will be asked to submit their proposals by a specific deadline to be considered. This will result in a more efficient approval process and more strategic allocation of available funding.

For the upcoming Member Driven Initiative cycle:
