SUPERSONIC IMAGINE is seeking for an ultrasound senior engineer. Job description: design and develop ultrasound imaging modes to be implemented on the ultrasound system, be in charge of defining new modes of imaging based on SuperSonic Imagine unique technology, be directly responsible for the quality and performances of those imaging modes. These tasks include the development of new algorithms for the acquisition, the processing, and the display of the ultrasonic signals, the optimization of ultrasounds transducers for different clinical applications.

Frequency estimation of time-varying sinusoidal signals is an important topic in science and engineering that has found applications in many fields. The purpose of this Special Issue is to present new and effective methods for periodic signal parameter estimation together with their use in various application areas. Submissions of comprehensive overviews of methodological advances are strongly encouraged, as well as papers dealing with new and emerging applications.
