Data Competitions are a great way to engage the global technical community to provide insight and analysis on your research data. IEEE DataPort is holding its inaugural Data Competition contest. As part of the contest, IEEE DataPort will select three Data Competitions to sponsor, providing $5000 in cash prizes for the winners of the three selected Data Competitions.

IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering (TQE) publishes regular, review, and tutorial articles based on the   engineering applications of  quantum phenomena, including QUANTUM SIGNAL PROCESSING, quantum computation, information, communication, software, hardware, devices, and metrology. TQE is an all-electronic, open-access journal, published continuously.

Quantum search algorithms are capable of efficiently solving large-scale quantum computing and signal processing problems, but their operation is contaminated by the decoherence of quantum circuits. This may be mitigated by quantum codes. Secure QKD is already a commercial reality in 2021.

The DSLW team is inviting you to submit regular papers to the 2022 IEEE Data Science & Learning Workshop (DSLW 2022), a workshop organized by the IEEE Signal Processing Society (supported by the SPS Data Science Initiative). The workshop aims to bring together researchers in academia and industry to share the most recent and exciting advances in data science, learning theory and applications.

SP Arun, Associate Professor, IISc Bangalore, India, received his B.Tech from IIT Bombay, and MS & PhD from Johns Hopkins University, all in Electrical Engineering. He completed his postdoctoral research at Carnegie Mellon University and joined the Centre for Neuroscience at IISc where he is currently an Associate Professor and also an Associate Faculty of the Electrical Communication Engineering department.
