The Director’s Office initiated these special postdoctoral fellowships at Argonne to be awarded internationally on an annual basis to outstanding doctoral scientists and engineers who are at early points in promising careers.

The fellowships are named after scientific and technical luminaries who have been associated with Argonne and its predecessors and the University of Chicago since the 1940s.

Post-doc and PhD research assistantship positions in the areas of digital signal processing and speech processing are available in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Potential candidates should have a solid background in signal processing, preferably in the speech processing area.

Applications are invited to apply for a post-doctoral researcher position, to work in the School of Informatics on an EC funded project entitled "Fish4Knowledge: Supporting humans in knowledge gathering and question answering w.r.t. marine and environmental monitoring through analysis of multiple video streams".

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Sensing and Processing Across Networks (SPAN) Lab at the University of Utah invites applications for an open postdoctoral fellow position for research in radio tomography

Mitra Lab at Cold Spring Harbor is looking for an experienced image processing and analysis expert to serve in a postdoctoral research position. We need someone to work with our team to develop dynamic solutions to the problem of managing and presenting complex scientific data.

Multiple postdoctoral research fellow positions are available in Dr. Yong Chen’s group in the School of Engineering and Applied Science and California NanoSystems Institute (CNSI) at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
