Research Assistantship at Univ. Rhode Island in Signal Processing, Security, and Embedded Systems

The Department of Electrical, Computer, and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Rhode Island is seeking applicants for several research assistant positions with immediate opening in the following research areas: (1) biomedical signal processing, (2) information security and system reliability, (3) robotic control, and (4) high performance embedded system. 

We encourage highly motivated Ph.D. students in Electrical, Biomedical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering to apply and participate in our exciting research projects at the URI's Laboratory for Integrating Neuron and Cyber. The research interests and background that are currently being considered include:

  • Biomedical signal processing, machine learning, biomechanics;
  • Information security, system reliability, and signal processing
  • Robotic control, Mechatronics
  • Computer Engineering, Embedded System
