Research Opportunities

We are seeking one highly motivated postdoctoral fellow in computational neuroscience and signal processing to be part of an interdisciplinary research alliance working to develop computational models and data analysis methods in support of a research program in neuroergonomics (‘the study of the brain and body at work’).

The Wireless Innovation Laboratory (http://www.wireless.wpi.edu/) at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) invites applications for a full-time postdoctoral research position starting on 1st October 2012 to lead research efforts in the area of spectrally agile waveform design and development for dynamic spectrum access (DSA) networks.

A completed Ph.D. degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, as well as authorization for employment in the U.S., are both required.

The Advanced Communication Systems Lab is seeking individuals with practical signal processing research experience. You will make key contributions in original research and develop innovative products and solutions for the GE businesses including Aviation Systems, Energy, Healthcare and Water as well as US Government agencies such as DARPA, DoE and DHS.
