IEEE e-Membership Option

IEEE is pleased to offer a new electronic membership (e-Membership) option for the 2011 membership year. To help make IEEE membership more affordable to more potential members, the new e-Membership option will be offered to both new and renewing, higher-grade members who live in one of 153 countries where the per capita gross domestic product (GDP) is under US$15,000 (based on data provided by the United Nations).

IEEE Offers Members New Option for Subscribing to IEEE Xplore

IEEE has announced a new subscription option available only to IEEE members. IEEE Member Digital Library Basic provides IEEE members with three new full-text article downloads every month, plus the ability to rollover unused downloads for 12 months, for only US$15 per month. IEEE Member Digital Library Basic contains the same top-cited content as the standard IEEE Member Digital Library, including all IEEE journals, magazines, and conference proceedings.
