News and Resources for Members of the IEEE Signal Processing Society
The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) invites nominations for the position of Editor-in-Chief for the IEEE Signal Processing Magazine, IEEE Signal Processing Letters, IEEE Transactions on Audio, Speech and Language Processing, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, and the IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security for terms starting 1 January 2012.
Nominations should be submitted to Ali H. Sayed, SPS Vice President-Publications, via sayed@ee.ucla.edu. Nominations must include a brief biography of no more than one page, along with a web address that contains the candidate’s CV (do not send a curriculum vitae with the nomination). Also include a statement of the candidate’s editorial experience if any. A statement of interest of up to 500 words should be included stating the nominee’s vision for the journal and special qualifications for the position. Nominations must be received no later than March 15, 2011. Additional information can be found on the web.
