NEWS AND RESOURCES FOR MEMBERS OF THE IEEE SIGNAL PROCESSING SOCIETY

LTE Research Engineer, ArrayComm LLC

Location:  San Jose, California Description: ArrayComm is seeking research engineers to create state-of-the-art physical layer solutions for broadband wireless systems such as LTE and LTE-A. ArrayComm currently has openings for outstanding candidates with skills in the following areas:
  • Significant and current technical depth in one or more of the following areas; sparse signal processing, compressed sensing, MIMO (space-time codes, spatial multiplexing), interference alignment, self-organizing networks, and relaying.
  • Broad abilities in the areas of statistical signal processing, matrix theory, convex optimization, and traditional wireless communication theory topics such as digital modulation and channel coding.
  • Design and analysis of physical-layer algorithms for cellular air interfaces such as LTE, LTE-A, WiFi, WCDMA, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and simulate complex physical layer algorithms in Matlab.
  • Understanding of standard wireless communication protocols and algorithms for the physical layer based on the protocol requirements. Experience conducting studies required by different wireless standards (i.e. 3GPP documents 36.101/36.104).
