At this time, we are extending the Editor-in-Chief nomination deadline for the following journals: IEEE/ACM Transactions on Audio, Speech, and Language Processing, IEEE Transactions on Computational Imaging, and IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security. Nomination are due by 23 April 2023.
Call for Nominations: Director-Student Services, Director-Membership Development, and Seasonal Schools Subcommittee Chair
The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) invites nominations for the positions of the Director-Student Services, Director-Membership Development, and Chair, Seasonal Schools Subcommittee. The term for the three positions is three years (1 January 2022-31 December 2024). Nominations must be received no later than 4 June 2021.

The IEEE Signal Processing Society invites nominations for the SPS Distinguished Industry Speaker (DIS) Program and the Distinguished Lecturer (DL) Program. Please note that the Distinguished Industry Speaker positions supplements the Distinguished Lecturer Program. The main difference and goal of the DIS Program is to educate and interact with Society members about topics that are of primary importance to industry and the signal processing community-at-large.

Call for Nominations: Board of Governors Members-at-Large and Regional Directors-at-Large
In accordance with the Bylaws of the IEEE Signal Processing Society, the membership will elect, by direct ballot, THREE Members-at-Large to the Board of Governors for three-year terms commencing 1 January 2022 and ending 31 December 2024, as well as TWO Regional Directors-at-Large for the corresponding regions: Regions 7&9 (Canada & Latin America) and Region 10 (Asia & Pacific) for two-year terms commencing 1 January 2022 and ending 31 December 2023.
SPS Members Receive 2022 IEEE Awards
IEEE has announced the 2022 IEEE Medal, Recogiition, and Technical Field Award recipients. IEEE medals are the highest honor of awards presented by IEEE and these medals will be presented at the 2022 IEEE Honors Ceremony. Nine Signal Processing Society members will received an IEEE award.

Deadline Extended - Call for Officer Nominations: President-Elect and Vice President-Technical Directions
IEEE Signal Processing Society Past President Ali H. Sayed, in his capacity as Chair of the Society’s Nominations and Appointments Committee, invites nominations for the IEEE Signal Processing Society Officer positions of President-Elect for the term 1 January 2022-31 December 2023 and Vice President-Technical Directions for the term 1 January 2022-31 December 2024. Nominations must be received no later than 12 March 2021.
