Li Deng, the EIC of IEEE Signal Processing Magazine (SPM), in representing his entire SPM editorial team, would like to share some thoughts with all SPM readers in this departing eNews article and he would also like to take this opportunity to report some new initiatives from SPM. His editorial team took a unique approach to running SPM and their approach turned out to be quite successful.
