Proposals for ICME are currently being accepted for the 2015 and 2016 ICME. Proposals should be sent no later than June 22, 2012.

The Intel-NTU Connected Context Computing Center (Intel-NTU Center) is a world-class research center sponsored by Intel Corporation, the National Science Council (Taiwan) and National Taiwan University. The Intel-NTU Center focuses its efforts on key technologies for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) or Internet of Things (IOT) applications.

In the awards ceremony of ICASSP 2012, the IEEE Signal Processing Society congratulated 53 SPS members who were recognized with the grade of Fellow as of 1 January 2012 and the SPS members who received the Society's prestigious 2012 awards.

Prospective presenters in the demonstration session are required to submit one abstract, which must be 1-2 pages long including images, hyperlinks to demo previews and other references. July 8, 2012 is the deadline for Demonstration abstract submission.

The 4th edition of the WIFS workshop will be held in Tenerife, Spain, on December 2-5, 2012. Tutorial proposal are due May 10, 2012; full paper proposals (4-6 pages) are due June 24, 2012; and demonstration proposals are due July 8, 2012.

The 37th International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP) was held at the Kyoto International Conference Center in Kyoto, Japan, on March 25 - 30, 2012.
