New IEEE vTools Features and Enhancements

The IEEE MGA vTools team is happy to announce successful new releases for the following vTools applications:

vTools.Meetings version 4.3 introduces new features and usability enhancements, such as:

  • event sub-category added to Meetings and L31 reports, in support of geographic unit vitality;
  • Find Meetings feature will provide volunteers the option to search for all meetings within their Region;
  • registration e-mail confirmation can include meal selection and a "Join IEEE" link;
  • when creating a new meeting from an existing meeting, all registration fees and levels and menu options will be copied to the new meeting.

vTools.WebInABox version 2.3 provides a simple and convenient way for staff to create and manage organizational unit (OU) Web sites for the OUs they support.

vTools.Surveys version 1.2 is updated to comply with Fluid Surveys API Version 2.
