Here are three facts to tell members about the IEEE Member Discounts Program:

1. Discounted products and services and insurance are not just in the US anymore.
2. IEEE members can buy at better rates than the public any day, not just when there is a sale.
3. When you get benefits from Member Discounts, they are yours even when you change jobs.

In addition, when IEEE members participate in Member Discounts, IEEE earns royalties. So the greater the participation, the more Member Discounts contributes to IEEE revenue to help defer other costs.

Now IEEE SPS has built a streamlined mechanism for employers to add a job announcement by simply filling in a simple job opportunity submission Web form at the related TC section pages.

To submit job announcements for a particular Technical Committee, the submission form can be found by visiting the page below and clicking on a particular TC. A link for the form can be found in the sidebar menu of the TC pages. Jobs can also be viewed from its individual TC pages or a combined listing that includes all TC jobs.

2016 IEEE Technical Field Award Recipients Announced

The IEEE Board of Directors has approved the 2016 IEEE Technical Field Award and 2015 IEEE Eric Herz Outstanding Staff Member Award recipients. The 2015 IEEE Honors Ceremony was a Memorable Event!

The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) is honored to announce the elevation of 22 of its members to the grade of IEEE Senior Member. These members have demonstrated outstanding professional performance, exhibited professional maturity through long-term experience, and established themselves as leaders in their respective IEEE-designated fields of interest.
