IEEE-USA Offers Free e-Books to Members in February and March

As a special benefit to IEEE members for the month of February, IEEE-USA is offering a free e-book, "Technical Presentations - Book 3: Style – Dynamic Delivery Techniques," by Nita K. Patel. Topics include anxiety, vocal variety, pause, eye contact, body language, intangibles, Q&A session, and practice.
