NEWS AND RESOURCES FOR MEMBERS OF THE IEEE SIGNAL PROCESSING SOCIETY
The IEEE USA Harry Diamond Memorial Award is being presented to Rabinder Nath Madan, Office of Naval Research, "for leadership in the development of high resolution tracking sensors for defense systems." The IEEE USA Harry Diamond Memorial Award is given to honor individuals for distinguished technical contributions in the field of electrotechnology while in U.S. government service.
