Postdoctoral Researcher in Energy, Carnegie Mellon University

The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of Carnegie Mellon University invites applications for postdoctoral positions for a range of multi-disciplinary research topics with the electric power system as the main field of application.

Candidates with a broad, and ideally multi-disciplinary, background in electric power systems, signal processing, cyber security and/or optimization are encouraged to apply. Each of the postdoctoral positions will be a collaboration with two faculty members with complementary expertise, allowing for a truly multi-disciplinary research experience.

More information can be found at http://users.ece.cmu.edu/~ghug/.

Please send your application including your resume, names of two references, research statement and transcript to ghug@ece.cmu.edu. Evaluation of applications will begin immediately and continue until available positions are filled.

Requirements

A PhD in Electrical Engineering, Engineering and Public Policy, Computer Science or related fields, preferably with background in electric power systems.
