How to Develop Your Conference Budget

  • Date: Wednesday, 23 March 2016

  • Speakers: Raymond Borgone, Manager, Event Business Operations; Frank Huebner, IEEE Computer Society – Treasurer, 2016 Technical and Conference Activities Board
  • Description: Learn how to develop an IEEE conference budget. You will learn about the overall conference budgeting process and what is required. You will hear how IEEE Computer Society volunteer Frank Huebner builds flexibility into his conference budgets. Frank will also touch on developing a contingency plan, accounting for outliers, and provide some tips on negotiation.
