The K. S. Institute of Technology of Bengaluru, India Chapter (IEEE KSIT Chapter) conducted multiple events in March, July, September 2023 and part of 2022 on various activities such as workshops, membership drive, orphanage visit, and IEEE SPS Day.

SPECTRUM, the Inauguration Event of IEEE SPS MEA SBC (IEEE Signal Processing Society), held at the EEE Seminar Hall of MEA Engineering College, Perinthalmanna, was a momentous occasion that marked the formal establishment of the local IEEE Signal Processing Society chapter, organized by IEEE SPS MEA SBC.

The IEEE Leadership Summit in Vizag, India, a gathering of 400 participants, left an indelible mark on its audience through a diverse and enriching program that offered both knowledge and inspiration.

The IEEE Signal Processing Society Kerala Chapter has been selected as the recipient of the 2023 Chapter of the Year Award!

IEEE Vaagdevi Engineering College (VEC) Student Branch (SB) conducted a two-day National Level Flagship Event SPYRO 5.O, with the theme of Converging Realities with Generative AI on AWS.

This year the Signal Processing Society identified 12 Chapters who exhibited excellence in many facets of chapter management, member recruitment, and activities.

A one-week workshop on “Demystify Women Empowerment: A Societal Practice” was conducted by the Women Development Cell, Gender Cell, IEEE Student Branch and IEEE SPS Chapter of CKPCET in association with IEEE SPS Gujarat Chapter and IEEE Gujarat Section during 3-7 April 2023 under the banner of IEEE Education Week celebration.

Advances in nano-fabrication and MEMS devices have led to radical improvements in sensing technologies in recent years. These improvements are most visible to all of us in our Smartphones that already feature a panoply of miniaturized sensors.

Impulse is the annual flagship event of the IEEE Signal Processing Society of IEEE-NITK (National Institute of Technology Karnataka, India) Student Chapter. It is a 24-hour signal processing hackathon, and 2023 was the third edition of this one-of-a-kind event!

The IEEE Signal Processing Society is happy to announce the addition of twenty-six new Chapters formed in 2022. We welcome the following SPS Chapters and wish them great success in their future activities and events.
